Well Christmas has come and gone! Surprisingly this year Christmas wasn't too chaotic! It was pretty relaxed. The look on my two year olds face Christmas morning was priceless. My favorite moment was when he opened up a gift and it was shirts he looked at them said "Oh, Jesus Christ" and tossed them to the side. (kids say the darnedest things hey?) We had a small dinner at my husbands Aunts house. After realizing that the turkey was cooking at 285 not 375 we finally sat down and enjoy a great meal. I'm glad its over now, and can't wait for life to get back in order.

Broken Camera
Pin It
I am unhappy! My 2 year old son Ryder broke my camera weeks ago, he tought it would be fun to push on the lens while it was zoomed out, breaking something inside now it doesnt even turn on! Latley, I've been borrowing a friends camera but since its the holiday season she needs it of course. I was hopeing Santa would bring me one for Christmas, but I guess his elves couldn't find one. And I am completley broke right now and really can't afford a new one. So for now all pictures are on hold. Feels like my life is on hold lol. Hopefully early in the newyear, Kayci Gough Photography will be back up and running!
Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!!!!

Snow Day

Blurry, but I still think its cute!
So we finally got our first big snowfall of the year here in Vancouver and my two year old son couldn't be happier. He woke up this morning and yelled at the top of his lungs,"Mom, Dad look at all this snow outside." Immediately he thought he could put his snow pants on and run out the door. Let me make it perfectly clear I am still lying in bed. We eventually made our way outside and here are some pictures from today!

ME!

So I realized I don't have any pictures of myself on here. So I grabbed my camera and headed outside in the freezing cold and took a few shots of myself!!! Yup....I know...super exciting.
My super dirty, smelly, grungy boots! I heart them and nobody can take them away from me!
Liam

Friends of mine Monique and Duncan brought their son Liam (3.5months) over to my place to take some pictures! Liam is adorable, laughing, gurgling and crying when mommy put him down. He was such a joy to shoot I can't wait to do another shoot with him.
Christmas Cards

Some people think making a Christmas card with a family photo on it is cheesy, but I think it is cute. So here are a few I have done recently.

Yesterday I had the opportunity to shoot the cutest little girl ever, Sienna Grace she is just 3 weeks old!. She was such a joy, she cooperated fantastically even when the flash was in her little eyes. She is so precious. Keep your eyes open for the rest of her beautiful family coming soon!

Anikah

Annie is an aspiring photographer and would rather be behind the camera than infront of it. She is such a natural beauty I couldn't let her pass up a shoot with me. Oh and her dog Koyer jumped in for a few shots.
